OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

We Provide Food Services through :-

1. In-House Kitchen Services:

• We operate In-house kitchens at several client locations and deliver quality food services.

• We have ourexpert team to custom manage in-house kitchen and provide customized menus that brings satisfaction to all.

• Food that is made for you.

2. Central Kitchen Services:

• We also provide Central Kitchen based Services to our clients.

• Our Central Kitchen Infrastructure is the best and we are completely automating

• Fully Equipped state-of-the-art Kitchen facility and with our Expert Team, can scale up and meet all your food requirements.

CENTRAL KITCHEN DETAILS

We have THREE CENTRAL KITCHENS (CK) located close to our Client Locations in Chennai.

Our CK - 1, located near Nelson Manickam Road, Choolaimedu, serves Health Care Clients.

Our CK - 2 is located close to Industrial Hub - near Sriperumbudur.

Our CK - 3 is located at Pallikaranai and serve IT & ITES Organizaitons.

All our kitchen facility is equipped with Modern Production Equipment that will ensure quality and aroma of Food and using our own covered light trucks, Food is transported hot to client location in Hot Boxes

Also, we are on the process of upgrading our integrated software and optimize our SOP's that ensure food standards.

Also, we cook NON-VEG Dishes on Clients specific requests at a Separate Cooking Area.

We also provide COMPLETE KITCHEN DESIGN.

LOGISTICS &TRANSPORTATION

We have our Own Fully Covered Light Trucks to transport Food Hot and on Time – from our Central Kitchen Locations to our Client Locations.

We have our Own Truck Drivers to operate these trucks and thus this operation is secured.

We have Twelve Fully Covered Light Trucks (Tata Ace) with a carrying capacity of One Ton.

We also have Two Fully Covered Trucks which is primarily used by our Purchase Department.

All vehicles are fully equipped with Vehicle Tracking System, to guarantee the communication at all times.

QUALITY

Impeccable Quality, Health and Safety is our number one operational priority. Our Quality Administration Team focuses on achieving 100% excellence in Food Safety and Quality Management, Work / Occupational Safety and personal health of employees across locations.

Food Wastage is better monitored and controlled as per strict standard guidelines.
